Data we process

Name, company name and job position where applicable.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, take requested steps before entering into a contract, perform contracts, arrange delivery, provide support, meet legal obligations, protect legal rights and maintain information security.

Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent. Marketing messages are sent only where legally permitted, and submitting an enquiry does not add a person to a marketing list.

Retention

Enquiries that do not result in a contractual relationship may be retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive communication. Contractual, accounting and tax records are retained for the periods required by law. Data required for legal claims may be retained for the applicable limitation period.

After the relevant period, data is deleted, anonymised or securely archived where continued retention is legally required.

Access and service providers

Access is limited to the director, authorised personnel involved in sales, quotations, orders and administration, and IT providers only where required for hosting, maintenance, security or troubleshooting.

We may use providers for hosting, email, maintenance, infrastructure, backups and security. They must process data only for agreed purposes and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Sharing and international transfers

Necessary data may be shared with Mega Fortris or relevant manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, logistics providers and business partners to answer an enquiry, obtain technical information, prepare a quotation, verify availability, arrange delivery or provide support. We do not sell personal data.

Where data is transferred outside Serbia, appropriate legal requirements and safeguards will be applied.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data and risks to protect against unauthorised access, unlawful processing, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure or misuse.

Contact and quote forms

Forms collect only information reasonably required to answer an enquiry. Required and optional fields are identified in the form. Enquiries are delivered to the company email system; temporary technical session and queue data may be used to operate and securely deliver the request.
